Tony Lee Luen Len, director of Ecosis Ltd, is the founder of the Green Building Council of Mauritius, part of the World Green Building Council network. He has served on the technical committee for sustainable construction under UNEP Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP) programme. He is currently part of the consortium drafting the new Building Control Bill, and new Regulations and Codes for Energy Efficiency and Energy Conservation in Buildings for the Government of Mauritius.
